Located in McCall, Idaho, MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides shelter and care to the homeless dogs and cats of Valley County. Relying heavily on donations from the good-hearted members of the community, this non-profit organization is able to continue sheltering and finding homes for hundreds of local dogs and cats each year.

Paid staff, along with the help of terrific volunteers, make sure that every animal in care is treated with the individualized attention they deserve, ensuring the healthiest and happiest pets!

Meet Ophelia

Ophelia is the current Feline Office Assistant at MCPAWS, and is very talented- and a very hard worker. She often gets overlooked because of her love for daytime naps in the back office, but she really is looking for a forever home- despite how comfortable she may seem at the shelter. Ophelia is 3 years old, spayed, and loves other cats, children, and doesn't even mind dogs. Come visit her at the shelter- you'll probably find her napping on someone's desk...
